He takes a holistic and practical approach, equipping clients with effective tools and strategies to foster emotional resilience, navigate life's difficulties with confidence, and cultivate long-term well-being.

Jason specializes in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, helping clients develop practical skills to regulate emotions, manage intrusive thoughts, and create meaningful change. His counselling style is relaxed, approachable, and solution-oriented, ensuring a supportive space for growth and self-discovery.

With extensive experience working with men affected by family violence, Jason has also served as a facilitator for Men's Behaviour Change programs, supporting individuals in breaking cycles of harm and fostering healthier relationships.

Before transitioning into counselling, Jason worked as an emergency responder, giving him firsthand experience with PTSD and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals in high-stress professions. His lived experience allows him to bring genuine empathy and insight to his work, particularly in trauma recovery.

Outside of counselling, Jason is passionate about music and is an avid guitar player, finding creative expression to be a powerful tool for personal growth and emotional well-being.
